DSM Arnitel® ID2060 HT TPC Filament - Black, 1.75mm,500g

Arnitel® ID2060 HT is the first high performance TPC FFF material combining flexibility with prolonged high temperature use, as well as chemical resistance and strength.

This combination makes it suitable to print cold charge air ducts for demanding automotive under-the-hood applications, as well as components for end-of-arm tooling. Parts printed can resist sustained high-temperature of 175°C (1000 hrs) or 190°C (500 hrs) and chemicals such as EGR condensate.

Arnitel® ID2060 HT Print Settings

These settings are recommended by Formfutura and are meant as a starting point to help find your optimal print settings. They should work for most 3D printers; however, you may need to experiment outside these ranges. If you find settings that work better with your printer, feel free to let us know and we will be happy to post them.

Nozzle Size: ≥ 0.25mm

Layer Height: > 0.1mm *First layer : 100 - 150% of first layer thickness.

Flow Rate: ± 100%

Print Temp: ± 220 - 245°C 

Print Speed:Low / Medium *First layer : 100 - 150% of first layer thickness.

Retraction: No

Bed Temp: ± 80 - 120°C *Do only remove printed object from print bed when print bed has cooled down to ambient temperatures, as otherwise printed part can deform severely.

Fan Speed: 0%

Print Surface: PEI sheet
