Fiberon™ PA612-ESD (carbon fiber reinforced nylon)
Fiberon™ PA612-ESD is a carbon fiber reinforced PA612 filament. This product has lower moisture sensitivity compared to PA6-based materials, and better mechanical properties than PA12-based materials. The carbon fiber reinforcement provides significantly improved stiffness, strength and heat resistance with outstanding layer adhesion and utility and while featuring a heat deflection temperature of 157 °C.
Fiberon™ PA612 is also ESD-Safe With a surface resistivity of 10⁴–10⁷ Ω/sq, allowing it to to protect sensitive components from static discharge, making it ideal for PCBs, enclosures, and cleanroom tools.

Indirect Drive: Retraction Distance: 6mm
Annealing settings: 100˚C for 16h
Drying settings: 100˚C for 10 hours (only if the material has absorbed moisture)
