Flexifil is a great filament to use when your print needs to be:

• UV resistant
• durable & strong
• bendable
• able to take some wear
• able to take some compression
• Viscat softening temp. ± 90° C

Formfutura FlexiFil Filament Print Settings

These settings are recommended by Formfutura and are meant as a starting point to help find your optimal print settings. They should work for most 3D printers; however, you may need to experiment outside these ranges. If you find settings that work better with your printer, feel free to let us know and we will be happy to post them.

Nozzle Size: ≥ 0.15mm

Print Temp: ± 220 - 260° C

Bed Temp: ± 90 - 110° C

Print Speed: Low

Fan Speed: 50-100%

Flow Rate: ± 100%

Retraction: Yes, ± 5mm

Print Surface: According to customer feedback, a BuildTak sheet is recommended. Use a Dimafix Pen, if needed.
