INDUSTRIAL RELIABILITY WITH CONSUMER-DRIVEN FLEXIBILITY
Designed and constructed with an uncompromising commitment to quality. Built without sacrificing the components critical to precision, repeatability, and durability. Capable of printing 16" (406 mm) wide, 14" (356 mm) deep, and 13" (330 mm) high, utilizing independent dual extruders, and supporting a wide variety of materials, the Ultra One delivers high quality FFF prints for your industrial, business, and educational needs.
High temperature capability enables users to print with a wide variety of materials. Unlike other industrial printers, the Ultra One provides users the freedom to choose their filament grade and filament supplier, enabling users to tackle a broader range of projects while reducing ongoing filament costs.
Independent Dual Extruders Faster, more reliable use of water soluble supports and multi-material printing is just the beginning. Using both extruders simultaneously, the Ultra One offers twice the production capacity of fixed-head dual extrusion systems for single-material print jobs.
Linear Rails The Ultra One uses industrial-grade components for true CNC reliability.
Touch Probe Leveling The Ultra One features a reliable Touch Probe to determine the levelness of the bed and then provides simple instructions to level your bed, which will maintain its level throughout heavy usage. Additionally, the printer generates a mesh of the print surface before each print in order to compensate for small, unavoidable variations from perfect flatness.
Print with unlimited complexity Use soluble BVOH and HIPS support materials. Combine flexible and rigid elements into a single part to achieve your desired mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties. Print multi-colored objects with stunning precision.
WiFi/Ethernet connectivity offering remote control and monitoring capabilities.
Onboard computer with 10+ GB storage.
LCD Screen and USB Port enable users to print files stored on flash drives.
Simplify 3D the industry's leading independent slicing software included with no maintenance fees and free updates for life.
OctoPrint for MakerGear control interface with access to features like one-click file preparation and direct design-to-print integrations.
Compatibility with a wide range of operating systems, devices, and browsers, including Windows/Mac/Lunux, iOS/Android, Chrome/Firefox/Safari.
