Print Settings:
Based on 0.4 mm nozzle and Simplify 3D v.3.1. Printing conditions may vary with different printers and nozzle diameters
Nozzle: 230˚C – 240˚C
Bed: 70˚C – 80˚C
Fan Speed: LOW for better surface quality - OFF for better strength
Print Speed: 30mm/s – 50mm/s
Print Surface: BuildTak PEI sheet or Glass with print bed adhesive
Drying Settings: 65˚C for 6h

Young’s Modulus: 1472 ± 270 Mpa
Tensile Strength: 31.9 ± 1.1 Mpa
Bending Strength: 53.7 ± 2.4 Mpa
