Fiberon™ PPS-CF10 is a high-performance 3D printing filament made from polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) reinforced with 10% carbon fiber. This advanced material is specifically designed for professionals who require exceptional mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and durability in the most demanding applications.

Print Settings:
Nozzle: 310˚C – 350˚C
Bed: 80˚C – 90˚C
Fan Speed: Off
Print Speed: Up to 300mm/s

Annealing settings: 125˚C for 16h

Drying settings: 100˚C for 10 hours (only if the material has absorbed moisture)

Note:
Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens frequently when printing Fiberon™ PPS-CF10. A wear-resistance nozzle, such as hardened steel and ruby nozzle, is highly recommended to be used with Fiberon™ PPS-CF10. Fiberon™ PPS-CF10 should always be stored and used under dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%).
