Holiday 2024 Shipping Update: 

Generally we are seeing most packages arrive within their estimated transit times, however please keep in mind that the delivery time quoted at checkout is only a business day estimate and is not guaranteed. This estimate does not take into account our handling time or any delays that may happen in transit. 

The holiday season always brings an increase in USPS slow downs at the regional hubs, so please expect delays if you choose Economy Shipping or Priority Mail as a shipping option. 

When a delay happens, Priority Mail can take up to 2 weeks and Economy can be delayed up to 3 weeks. 

Please note: UPS and USPS no longer have guarantees on most services, including USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Air and UPS 3 Day Select. 

UPS Next Day transit time is still guaranteed. 


How quickly will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours during weekdays. 

When choosing a shipping method, please note that any delivery times listed are not guaranteed, but are only general estimates provided by the carrier. Estimates are in business days (M-F), and do not include our handling time, weekends, holidays, unexpected delays in transit. 

UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Please make sure that your shipping address, email address and phone number are correct, as incorrect information may cause your order to be delayed or in some cases, canceled. 

Shipping to an address other than your billing address may cause delays with your order. If your order is flagged by our system, we will first reach out to you to confirm your information is correct. If we cannot reach you, your order may be canceled.

Your phone number will only be used to contact you regarding issues with your order.

Please note that orders over $500 may require signature confirmation upon delivery. 

What does shipping cost?

Economy shipping is $6.99 and is limited to our lower 48 U.S. customers only. Our economy shipping method will be determined by us and will either ship USPS or UPS, depending on the package weight and size.

If you need a specific carrier or shipping speed, do not choose economy shipping, as this means we will choose the most economic shipping method. Instead, choose your preferred carrier at checkout. 

Do you ship outside the USA?

We do not currently ship internationally. International customers click here for more information.

I entered my address wrong, what should I do?

Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. If you have entered your address wrong, please email us right away at hello@partsbuilt.com and we will cancel the order if it has not shipped yet so you can reorder with the correct address. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Please Note: If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, refused or for any other reason, we will refund you for the item, but will not re-ship, you will need to reorder. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I cancel my order?

An order can be canceled any time before it is shipped. However, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead need to be returned according to our return policy below. We ship out orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@partsbuilt.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is your return policy?

TERMS REGARDING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Please note, we are not currently shipping internationally):

Do you ship to freight forwarders?
Yes, however we reserve the right to cancel any orders that are flagged as “possibly fraudulent” in our system. VPNs and /or freight forwarding addresses often cause the order to be flagged and may be canceled.

Large orders sent out of the country or to freight forwarders need to be paid via wire transfer. We reserve the right to cancel an order and contact you to place the order using wire transfer as the payment option. 

Items shipped to freight forwarders are considered delivered when tracking shows them delivered to the freight forwarder address. Any issues after an order is marked as delivered to the freight forwarder must be directed to the freight forwarder for resolution.

Import duties/VAT/fees:
Buyer is responsible for all import fees (duties, VAT, customs processing fees etc.) on international shipments. Import fees/taxes will be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Please note: some countries have very high import duties that can be higher than the cost of the item/s ordered. Please familiarize yourself with your country's taxes and import duties before placing an order.

If you are unable (or refuse) to pay the import fees, your shipment will be declared abandoned by the shipping company and you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. 

Warranty coverage:
We do not provide warranty coverage for international orders. To make a warranty claim you will need to contact the manufacturer.

Returns:
No returns on international orders. All sales are final. If an item is defective upon arrival, you must contact us within 3 days of tracking showing the item as delivered.
