Warranty terms for items sold and shipped inside the USA
We offer a 30-day warranty on all the products we sell. Please contact us if you have a problem with an item within 30 days off purchase.
A longer warranty may be provided by a product’s manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for more information.
Warranty terms for items sold and shipped outside the USA
We provide the same 30-day warranty for items sold outside the United States; however, we do not cover shipping cost. If there is a problem with an item purchased, The customer will bear the shipping cost of shipping the item back to us for a warranty replacement.
Items marked as “tested”
If an item is marked as tested, the item has been tested prior to shipping and is working. Please be extra careful with these items as they are prone to being damaged by user error and will not be replaced or refunded if damaged by the user. These items may not be returned as defective.
M2 printers have a 6-month limited warranty. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.
M3 printers have a 12-month limited warranty. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished. For support and warranty service on MakerGear printers, fill out a support ticket from your Octoprint MakerGear interface and MakerGear will be in touch. If you have any trouble with this, please contact us and we will assist you.
Product – Up to 1 year from the product purchase date (if no proof of the product purchase date is available, up to 1 year from the date of manufacture of the product) or up to 3000m of filament use.
Parts (Nozzle, Bed) – 90 days from the product purchase date (if no proof of the product purchase date is available, up to 90 days from the date of manufacture of the product).
