Polymaker PolyMide™ PA6-GF (glass fiber reinforced nylon)

PolyMide™ PA6-GF is a glass fiber reinforced Nylon 6 filament. The material exhibits excellent thermal and mechanical properties without sacrificing the layer adhesion or printability. PA6-GF is strong, durable and features a heat deflection temperature of 191°C. It can be used in applications where stiffness and durability are paramount.

Bed: 25˚C – 50˚C
Fan Speed: Off
Print Speed: 30mm/s – 60mm/s
Print Surface: Glass, PEI, BuildTak with a coat of Magigoo Pro PA 
Direct Drive: Retraction Distance: 3mm
Indirect Drive: Retraction Distance: 6mm

Annealing settings: 80˚C for 6h

Drying settings: 100˚C for 8 hours (only if the material has absorbed moisture)
