Natural Centaur PP Filament - a lightweight and high-performance Polypropylene 

Formfutura's Centaur PP is engineered to have outstanding mechanical properties and a superb interlayer adhesion. An extremely diverse and multi-functional material suitable for numerous applications, including printing functional engineering objects with great endurance properties.

Centaur PP Filament Print Settings

These settings are recommended by Formfutura and are meant as a starting point to help find your optimal print settings. They should work for most 3D printers; however, you may need to experiment outside these ranges. If you find settings that work better with your printer, feel free to let us know and we will be happy to post them.

Nozzle Size: ≥ 0.4mm    

Print Temp: ± 220 - 240° C   

Bed Temp: ± 60 - 80° C *    
*Large Centaur prints can be printed on an unheated 2mm or 3mm Polypropylene plate, which can be attached to the print bed. Smaller prints can be printed on standard Polypropylene packaging tape.

Flow Rate: ± 104

Print Speed: Medium / High 

Fan Speed: 50-100%   

Retraction: Yes, ± 5mm
