Revo™ ObXidian High Flow Nozzle

The Revo High Flow ObXidian combines the Obxidian and High Flow features into one nozzle.

Includes: Revo nozzle of selected size (1 pcs)

High Flow Features: 
The Revo High Flow nozzle increases your setup's volumetric flow rate, enabling you to print faster while maintaining the exact same form factor as a standard Revo Hotend. This means there is no need to adjust your pre-existing mount and fan duct setups. The Revo High Flow uses a unique custom internal geometry to increase the surface area for improved thermal transfer to the filament.

ObXidian Features: 
A wear resistance that is orders of magnitude higher than any other E3D nozzle.
E3DLC coating - this specially formulated coating embeds non-stick properties into the nozzle itself, meaning considerably less plastic build up around the nozzle.

 Important 
1) ObXidian™ coated nozzles are exceptionally wear resistant. However, improvements in ‘exotic’ engineering filaments mean that some new materials which include aggressive fillers, including but not limited to Polymaker’s PolyMide and Fiberon range (PA612-CF, PA6-CF, PA6-GF, PA12-CF etc)can cause significant wear on even ObXidian nozzles. E3D is actively developing even more specialist solutions for these materials. In the meantime, E3D states: "please be aware that even the rainbows and unicorns in your ObXidian nozzle are not everlasting under extreme material conditions." :)
2) Some filled materials contain particles that are close to, if not larger than, some of the smaller industry standard nozzle sizes, including up to 0.4mm. Attempting to print such materials through these nozzle sizes significantly increases the risk a jam. Please check your filament manufacturer’s datasheet for recommended minimum nozzle orifice diameter to ensure that the nozzle/hotend you choose is suitable for your use case.
