MK8 Heat Break (Thermal Tube) Upgrade
Made with TwinClad XT coated stainless steel. This Electroless Nickel composite coating is very low friction and used a lot in injection molding for its release properties. The TwinClad XT coating will help prevent clogging where the filament liquidizes in the critical zone of the hotend.
Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and also very hard, making this thermal tube ideal for use with glass-filled nylon, metal-filled PLAs and other abrasive filaments.
